Large roll galvanized wire is processed from high quality low carbon steel wire rod. Each wire rod rolled by continuous rolling mill is not less than 200kg, but 15% of the number of plates in each batch is allowed to be composed of two, of which the weight of each rod is not less than 80kg, and 4% of the number of plates in each batch is allowed, and the mass of its single wire rod is less than 200kg, but not less than 40kg. Each rod rolled by semicontinuous mill shall not be less than 60kg, and each batch shall be allowed to have 5% disk nitrogen. The mass of the rod shall not be less than 60kg, but not less than 30kg.

Large hexagonal net called stone cage net, mainly used for mountain preparedness protection, hydraulic construction, etc. Small wire hexagonal net is used as a good material for culture, will twist the hexagonal net in the welding of the iron frame on the hexagonal net welding into chicken cage, pigeon cage, rabbit cage and other cage, hexagonal net is an excellent material for culture with net.

The wire rod should be normalized or soxhlet processed, instead of spheroidal annealing for standard large ones. Soxhlet process is widely used in the heat treatment of the center, especially the products before drawing. Avoid decarbonization during heat treatment. After heat treatment, sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid pickling is used to remove iron sheet. The coating (see smooth carrier) can be dip-lime, phosphating, borax treatment or copper plating.
