stainless wire mesh screenHexagonal mesh is based on wire mesh prepared by metal wire, wire diameter of 0.3-2.0mm metal wire. Hexagonal mesh is a good choice for breeding cage, he is through hot dip galvanized or PVC coated plastic disposal, the structure is tightly combined with no bump and convex appearance. Keep chickens and ducks, isolate chicken and duck houses, and try to take care of poultry.

stainless wire mesh screenGalvanized hook net, is not easy to corrosion, long life protection net. Galvanized hook mesh is durable and easy to install. Wire factory introduction galvanized hook mesh all parts are hot dip galvanized steel to guarantee a 12-year warranty. The frame-structure terminals used to connect the chain links are made of aluminum to maintain the security of free enterprise. The cost of hot-dip galvanizing is low, and the cost of hot-dip galvanizing is lower than that of other anti-rust treatment.

- 3. The transport, storage and use of the binder of galvanized wire mesh should adopt safety and fire prevention methods according to the relevant regulations, so as to be safer.
Wire factory reminds you in the purchase of galvanized wire, should be stored in dry, ventilated conditions, do not contain corrosive gases, do not mix with organic volatile gas produced paint, plastic and other substances in a good environment. If possible, we can add reliable inner packaging for galvanized parts, and put desiccant. If the zinc layer of white spots and long hair, can only be removed by mechanical methods, and then normal passivation, or completely washed off the zinc layer after re-plating.
Crevice corrosion is a kind of corrosion in small area, especially in concealed position, which can form vicious corrosion cycle. Almost all the crevice corrosion can occur in a metal alloy, with gas containing active anionic neutral medium Z is easy to cause crevice corrosion, crevice corrosion often occurs in the aperture of 0.025 to 0.1 mm, because of long time gathered, the cracks will exist a series of impurities, coupled with the external environment of damp easily corrode the area of the gap is small.

One of the key characteristics of PVC black tape is its excellent electrical insulation properties. It is widely used in electrical work to insulate wires and connections, protecting against short circuits and enhancing safety. The tape is designed to withstand a range of temperatures and resist moisture, ensuring that it retains its adhesive properties and protective capabilities even in challenging environments. This makes it an essential material for electricians and technicians who require reliable tools to ensure the safety and efficacy of their work.
1. Warehouses In a bustling warehouse, where machinery, personnel, and products interact, clear pathways are essential. Red and white tape can demarcate pedestrian walkways, separate moving zones, or highlight dangerous areas, such as near forklifts.
- PVC tape is a versatile tool that serves a variety of purposes in different industries and settings. The blue color of PVC tape makes it easily identifiable and is often chosen for its vibrant appearance. From electrical insulation to bundling packages, PVC tape is an essential item in any toolbox or workspace.
In 1845, a surgeon named Dr. Horace Day made the first crude surgical tape by combining India rubber, pine gum, turpentine, litharge (a yellow lead oxide), and turpentine extract of cayenne pepper and applying that mixture to strips of fabric. It was the first “rubber-based” adhesive and Dr. Day used it in his practice as a surgical plaster. Larger scale manufacturing of similar medical tapes began in 1874 by Robert Wood Johnson and George Seaburg in East Orange, NJ. That company would soon become the Johnson & Johnson Company we know today. Later in 1921, Earle Dickson who bought cotton for Johnson & Johnson noticed that the surgical tape kept falling off his wife Josephine’s fingers after cutting them in the kitchen. He fixed a piece of gauze to some cloth backed tape and the first Band-Aid ® was invented. It took almost 75 years from Dr. Day’s first crude tape until the early 1920’s when the first industrial tape application appeared. The application was electrical tape (although the adhesive was more of a cohesive film than the electrical tape we know today) to prevent wires from shorting. The second major industrial tape application was a result of the rise of the American automobile in the 1920’s. Two-toned automobiles were becoming popular and automakers needed a way to produce clean, sharp paint lines while using the new automatic paint spray gun. They started using the surgical tape that was available but the paint wicked through the cloth backing and caused defective paint jobs. Richard Drew, an engineer at Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing (3M) happened to be at a local body shop testing their WetorDry® brand sandpaper in 1925 and he saw the workers struggling to get clean paint lines. He went back to his lab and created a 2-inch wide crimp backed paper tape that became the first “masking tape” for painting. Jumping ahead to 1942 and World War II, Johnson & Johnson developed duct tape to seal canisters and repair equipment for the military. The tape was a basically a polyethylene coated cloth tape with good “quick stick” properties that made it easy to use in the field for emergency repairs. The world never looked back and duct tape can be found in almost any home or toolbox.
Metal enclosure boxes are the standard choice for circuit breakers. That’s because a conductive metal box is necessary for grounding the control panel. In case of a malfunction of contactors or other electrical equipment in the panel, the fault current can be discharged harmlessly into the ground, avoiding potential damage and injuries.

- Self-bonding rubber tape, an innovative and versatile material, has revolutionized the way we approach sealing, insulation, and repair tasks across various industries. This unique tape is essentially a rubber-based adhesive system that adheres to itself, forming a robust, waterproof, and durable bond when applied. It is particularly valued for its ability to stick to itself without the need for external adhesives, making it a highly convenient solution for a multitude of applications.
- In the realm of modern industry, the humble roll of vulcanizing tape stands as a testament to human ingenuity and the boundless potential of materials science. This versatile product, originally developed for the reinforcement of rubber products, has since evolved into an indispensable tool across a wide range of applications.
- In addition to their fire-retardant properties, fireproof sealing strips also provide excellent thermal and sound insulation, making them a versatile and cost-effective solution for building construction and renovation. By reducing heat transfer and preventing the transmission of noise, these strips contribute to a more comfortable and energy-efficient indoor environment.
