Hot dip galvanizing, also known as hot dip galvanizing, is a method of obtaining a metal covering layer by immersing a steel member into a molten zinc solution. Galvanized wire A stable layer of zinc is coated on the outside of the wire, which is used to protect the wire and make the wire service life longer. When producing galvanized wire, the wire is pickled. Pickling is to use some acid mist or acid to wash off some oxides on the surface of iron, that is, rust, and some other corrosive substances, to achieve the purpose of cleaning iron, so that zinc will fall off when galvanizing.

A final step in preparation for assembly is to lubricate the shaft, sealing lip and bore with sufficient oil. This will allow the oil seal to slide more easily over the shaft and prevent dry running after the first rotation. Always use oil or grease that is compatible with the oil seal material. In addition, when sliding over the shaft, the oil seal comes into contact with the keyway, threads and grooves. By taping or covering the shaft at the location of these irregularities with oil-soaked paper, the oil seal can be mounted without damage to the sealing lip.
