Our country industry chooses the low carbon steel with good quality as raw material, and then produces the quality galvanized iron wire by drawing, galvanizing and other processes. Now the production technology of galvanized iron wire products can be divided into hot plating and electroplating two kinds of methods. No matter which one is chosen, it should be carried out in accordance with the corresponding operating specifications, so as to better ensure the production of good products. For key and important parts with tensile strength greater than 1034mpa before plating, the stress should be released at 200±10℃ for more than 1 hour and 140±10℃ before plating.

The bonding and anchoring function between cold wire drawing and cold rolled ribbed steel bar and concrete is outstanding. Therefore, when used in components, the phenomenon of cracking of component anchorage area and damage caused by steel wire slip is fundamentally eliminated, and the load-bearing ability and anti-cracking ability of component end are improved. In reinforced concrete structure, the crack width is smaller than that of circular steel bar or even that of hot rolled thread bar.

The wire rod should be normalized or soxhlet processed, instead of spheroidal annealing for standard large ones. Soxhlet process is widely used in the heat treatment of the center, especially the products before drawing. Avoid decarbonization during heat treatment. After heat treatment, sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid pickling is used to remove iron sheet. The coating (see smooth carrier) can be dip-lime, phosphating, borax treatment or copper plating.
