Hot dip galvanizing, also known as hot dip galvanizing, is a method of obtaining a metal covering by immersing a steel member in a molten zinc solution. With the rapid development of high-voltage transmission, transportation and communication, the protection requirements for steel parts are becoming higher and higher, and the demand for hot-dip galvanizing is also increasing. Usually the thickness of electric galvanized layer is 5 ~ 15μm, and the large roll galvanized wire layer is generally more than 35μm, even up to 200μm. Hot dip galvanizing has good covering ability, dense coating and no organic inclusions.

When large rolls of galvanized wire are used to bind and reinforce the goods, corresponding binding methods should be selected according to the fastening node conditions of the strengthened goods, such as opening binding, opening binding, insertion binding and so on. The insulation layer of semi-hard and soft insulation products shall be based on the diameter of the steel pipe and the size of the equipment. Large rolls of galvanized wire or glue are tied together with a width of 60mm. The binding interval of semi-hard insulating products shall not exceed 300 mm; The larger length of felt and cushion shall not exceed 200mm, and the number of belts shall not be less than 2.

The production of ROS was studied on white blood cells as a model to screen the effect on eukaryotic cells after being exposed to samples and solar simulated irradiation (according to the level of penetration under the skin). For that purpose, the leukocytes were separated from anticoagulated fresh blood using the Ficoll-Hypaque reactive in a well-known technique [33]. Then, 50 μL of suspensions of P25TiO₂NPs (0.2 mg/mL and 0.02 mg/mL), vitaminB2@P25TiO₂NPs (0.2 mg/mL and 0.02 mg/mL) and vitamin B2 (0.2 mg/mL and 0.02 mg/mL) were prepared and mixed with 50 μL of white blood cells suspension. A solution of 3% H₂O₂ was used as positive control and PBS as negative control. Then, the samples were irradiated using the LED panel for 3 and 6 h to simulate the light penetration into the skin. Also, a set of samples was kept in the dark as control. Finally, the ROS were detected through the colorimetric assay employing the nitroblue tetrazolium salt (NBT salt) and the absorbance at 650 nm was measured. The experiment was reproduced twice; the standard deviation was calculated and p-value < 0.05 were considered significant.

The FDA's Code of Federal Regulations allows for the legal, regulated use of titanium dioxide in food products, under some restrictions.

Lithopone 30% has a lower coverage power than titanium dioxide. For this reason, Lithopone 30% can only partially substitute titanium dioxide, between 5 and 40%.
