Galvanized iron wire has tolerance and elasticity, the amount of zinc can reach 300 g/square meter. It has the characteristics of thick galvanized layer and strong corrosion resistance. Widely used in construction, handicrafts, wire mesh, highway guardrail, commodity packaging and ordinary civilian and other fields.

The drawing process of waste product drawing process has a great influence on product function. Generally, large total surface reduction rate (see area reduction rate) and small pass surface reduction rate (about ≤23%) are selected to ensure the tolerance of products. About high strength spring steel wire, the exit temperature of each pass steel wire should be controlled when drawing below 150℃, to prevent the steel wire from changing cracks due to strain aging, which is the main disadvantage of steel wire obsoletion.

Each coil of steel wire shall consist of one wire. The surface of the rod shall not have cracks, folds, scars, ears, layers or inclusions. However, indentation, pits, bumps, scratches and pockmarks are allowed, and the depth or height shall not be 0.2mm. There should be no corrosion and oxidation skin on the surface of the steel wire, and oxidation color is allowed by heat treatment. The surface of the wire is allowed to have scratches not exceeding half of the allowable deviation range of the diameter, and local defects not exceeding the allowable deviation of the appropriate diameter.

Because of the pre-tension given to the packaging and binding of galvanized wire, it has the excellent characteristics of low relaxation value, small stress loss, good stability after loading, not easy to deformation, no fracture, strong elasticity, ordinary steel lines and rebar are difficult to compare. The use of advanced galvanized finishing process, therefore, the use of hot-dip galvanized steel wire construction, not only good corrosion resistance, but also beautiful and generous. The product has the characteristics of smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy, good uniformity of zinc layer and strong adhesion.
