The blade gill net of plastic paint is formed after rust protection processing after the manufacture of blade type barbed iron wire rope. The periphery of blade gill net should have good rust prevention effect, the peripheral processing should be beautiful, and can be of good practical value, more convenient installation, higher cost performance and other advantages. Plastic paint is a common electrostatic coating method, which can be fixed on the periphery of chicken wire or wire plate. After two hundred heat treatment, plastic paint or powder paint is glued to the surface of wire plate. These blade gill nets coated with plastic paint are generally used on indoor boxes. The coating processing does not take too long, mainly because the effect of rust prevention and corrosion protection is quite good, much better than the general material.

Good galvanized wire, plating thickness of 3- 4 mm, zinc adhesion should be less than 460 grams/m, that is, the average thickness of zinc layer is not less than 65 microns. When the thickness of plated parts is greater than 4 mm, the zinc adhesion should not be less than 610 g/m, that is, the average thickness of zinc layer should not be less than 86 microns. Standard galvanized wire coating must be uniform, galvanized layer basically uniform with copper sulfate solution test etching five times no dew iron. For standard galvanized wire coating adhesion requirements, the zinc layer of plated parts should be firmly combined with the basic metal and have enough adhesion strength, after hammer test does not fall off, not convex.

At present, there are two processing methods of blade stabbing rope. One is to make it into a spiral shape, and then make a clip treatment. It is not only our common spiral blade stabbing rope, but also a single spiral blade stabbing rope without clip, but even a single helix can not stretch it to a relatively straight. This is mainly because the blade barbed rope is wrapped and wound at the same time, so it can only be spiral.

Offering a cozy, soft finish thanks to its tight weave, this option is also great for allergy resistance.
