Hot dip galvanized wire is dark in color, consumes more zinc metal, forms infiltration layer with the base metal, and has good corrosion resistance. Hot dip galvanized wire can be maintained for decades in outdoor environment. Cold galvanized production speed is slow, uniform coating, thin thickness, usually only 3-15 microns, bright appearance, poor corrosion resistance, generally a few months will rust.
