It has fast production speed, thick but uneven coating. The market thickness is 45g and can reach more than 300g. The color is dark, the zinc metal is consumed, and the matrix metal is formed into the entry layer, the corrosion resistance is good, and the outdoor environment of hot dip galvanized can adhere to decades.

Barbed wire is used to make barbed wire, in part, to prevent livestock theft, because the surface is covered with sharp spikes that make it very difficult to penetrate through the barbed wire. On the other hand, it is because livestock generally have the habit of charging, and the barbed rope is used to circle, which makes livestock dare not rush to charge the barbed rope, thus saving the user’s use cost.

Some customers are more concerned about quality problems, so for the service life is more important, barbed rope factory will generally recommend the use of high zinc barbed rope or stainless steel barbed rope.

Cold galvanized is in the plating tank through the current unidirectional zinc gradually plated on the metal surface, production speed is slow, uniform coating, thin thickness, usually only 3-15 microns, bright appearance, poor corrosion resistance, generally a few months will rust. Compared with electrogalvanizing, hot galvanizing has lower production cost and less impact on the environment than electroplating.
